Magnolia Inventory Update – September/October 2012

Movement in Magnolia revolves around homes without pool up to $300,000, although inventory with pools is moving at a brisk pace in the $200-$500,000 range. The trend stems primarily from move-up and move out buyers coming from The Woodlands to get acreage in that $200-$300,000 range. Many sellers in the luxury market category ($600,000+) continue to experience extended time on market, so it is extremely important in this market segment to price competitively and really advertise the features that make a property unique.
