Magnolia Inventory Update – December / January 2013

Inventory in Magnolia is in the single-digits across all price points for homes with a pool. The sweet spot for Magnolia continues to be for homes priced below $400K, with or without a pool – consistent with what we have seen during the last few months. Woodforest is really taking off as well with several new sections even pre-selling for coveted lots. The pricing is very competitive compared to other new construction communities and the access to The Woodlands is great now that Research Forest is open to 2978.  Speaking of new homes, reliable sources have told us that a well-known builder has secured 600 acres in the area to start development just off of 1488… stay tuned!
