Magnolia Inventory Update – February/March 2013

Magnolia continues to be a value-added alternative to suburban life in our area – Jacob’s Reserve and Woodforest are handling the overflow from The Woodlands (from a new construction standpoint), and acreage home sales are favorites among buyers from out of town (executives).

As prices in The Woodlands continue to rise, Magnolia is gaining momentum as buyers perceive more value for the dollar given the quality of construction/acreage and still close enough to enjoy the amenities offered by The Woodlands.
