Magnolia Inventory Update – November / December 2012

Inventory in Magnolia is tight for homes with a pool (less than 15 homes in any given price range). The sweet spot for Magnolia continues to be for homes priced below $400K, with or without a pool. The Magnolia area continues to draw buyers that are ready to leave the suburbs and smaller lots behind and has really become the only game in town as far as getting a great home with 1/2 acre+, still zoned to highly acclaimed schools, and a relatively short commute. As The Woodlands draws more and more mid –large corporations, the demand for an easy drive and country feel will continue to increase.
