The Woodlands Inventory Update – January/February 2013

The number one (1) seems to be prevalent in today’s market in The Woodlands. One is the number of months of inventory for homes for several price points (although some have less than one month). One is also the number of days that a nice, desirable home lasts in the market. The number of listings has indeed gone up across the board, but they go quickly, creating fierce competition among buyers.
